From Meiji-jingumae Station (Subway Chiyoda Line, Hukutoshin Line): It is a 10 minute walk from the 4 exit.

Flagship Shop FAQ

  • Q.What is the Flagship Shop?
    A.

    The PLOTTER Flagship Shop is an official PLOTTER store that will deepen our connection with customers while creating authentic experiences and fostering innovation. PLOTTER TOKYO will open in Harajuku, Tokyo in September 2025.


  • Q.When is the store closed?
    A.

    The store is closed on Tuesdays.
    *We will open on Tuesday in case of Japanese National holiday.


  • Q.Can I return or exchange a product I purchased at the Flagship Shop?
    A.

    ● Return and exchange of faulty products
    Faulty products will be handled promptly upon confirmation of the fault. You will be asked to present your purchase receipt when returning or exchanging products.
    Please contact the Flagship Shop within 7 days of purchase.
    * Returns and exchanges cover misprinted or missing refills and other products that PLOTTER determines to be defective. Individual differences inherent to leather do not constitute product defects.
    * Issues regarding system Ring Leather Binder metal fittings are not grounds for return or exchange. Such products will be repaired by replacing the ring fittings.
    * Upon inspection of the product by the manufacturer, if it is determined that the product is not faulty but instead requires repair, the product may not be eligible for return or exchange. This includes non-PLOTTER products sold in store.

    ● Exchanges and returns based on customer preference
    Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase only if they are unused and have not been opened. You will be asked to present your purchase receipt when returning or exchanging products.
    * Returns and exchanges must be carried out in Japan within 7 days of purchase.
    * Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange based on customer preference.
    * Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
    ・ Products purchased 8 days or more ago
    ・ Products that have been used or opened
    ・ Products that have become dirty or damaged due to actions by the customer (including the exterior packaging)
    ・ Products that we determine to be affected by individual differences in leather
    ・ Products without a purchase receipt
    The list above is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for other reasons.
    Please note that the PLOTTER Online Shop is unable to handle inquiries regarding returns and exchanges. Please contact the Flagship Shop directly.


  • Q.Can you repair products purchased at the Flagship Shop?
    A.

    ● Leather Binder (Planner) repairs:
    If the metal fittings for the rings on your Leather Binder (Planner) become detached, or another fault occurs, please contact the Flagship Shop to request repairs.
    * Repairs can only be carried out in Japan.
    * Only Leather Binders purchased at the Flagship Shop can be repaired at the Flagship Shop. Products purchased at other stores cannot be repaired at the Flagship Shop.
    * Please note that repairs are dependent on product condition. As a result, not all products are eligible for repair.
    * For details, refer to the written warranty included with your Leather Binder (Planner).
    * The metal ring fittings on Leather Binders (Planner) are designed to be removed and replaced so that customers can use their product for a long time. As a result, the metal fittings may come off, even during normal use and regardless of product age. If this occurs, contact us to request repairs.

  • Q.Can I order or reserve a product in advance?
    A.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate advance orders or reservations.


  • Q.Do you have any other Flagship Shops?
    A.

    PLOTTER TOKYO is currently our only Flagship Shop.
